Your way, your pace.

Hello, I’m Sandra.

I offer life coaching grounded in 18 years of experience as an NHS GP and a further seven years supporting students in Higher Education. I provide a safe, reflective, and neurodivergent-inclusive space where you can think clearly, explore your needs, and work towards your goals.

I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own life. However, when life feels challenging, it can be hard to access your strengths, resources, and sense of direction. My role is to offer you the time and space to feel heard, reflect clearly, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I would love to work with you in achieving your personal goals. These might include health behaviour change, managing stress, overwhelm, or anxiety, or navigating life transitions.

If you have any questions about how we might work together, please contact me or book a clarity call so we can speak further.

“Sandra was warm, thoughtful and a very attentive listener, who used her considerable experience and skills to help me recognise the underlying issues that were making me feel so overwhelmed. I’m so grateful for her support navigating a critical moment”
