  • Working with a life coach enables you to explore your current situation in depth and consider how you would like to move forward. This is a collaborative process, lead by you, where we develop strategies to progress towards your chosen outcome.

Life coaching is suitable for a wide range of personal and professional issues such as stress, work or life transitions and behaviour change to improve your health.

Please note, I do not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment and cannot provide emergency or crisis care.

  • There is an overlap between coaching and therapy. However, therapy focuses more on emotions and past experiences to heal and gain understanding. If it becomes apparent that therapy would be more beneficial we will discuss this and I can support you to find an appropriate therapist.

If you are not sure, please contact me or book a clarity call to discuss further.

  • I provide coaching via zoom for those aged over 18 years old. Sessions usually last for 60 minutes.

At the end of our first session we will discuss if you would like any further sessions. If this is the case, we can either work session by session or agree a number of sessions and time frame to work together.

  • Until 31 Augst 2026 my coaching sessions are free.

From 1 September 2026 I will charge £50 for a sixty minute coaching session. I also offer a package of five one hour sessions for £225. The sessions can be used over six months at a frequency of your choice.

If you would like to “pay forward” so that I can continue to offer concessional rates to others, please let me know.

I aim to keep my prices as affordable as I can. However, you can contact me if you need a concessional rate or if you would like to work with me through the Government Access to work scheme.
