 Payment information (via Acuity or bank transfer)

 Booking and scheduling information (via Acuity)

Pages visited and time spent on the site

Why I collect information?

 I keep records relevant to our sessions to enhance the service I provide 

To communicate with you

To improve my service and comply with legal regulations

 Who do I share your information with?

 I use the following third-party services that may process your data:

 Squarespace – website hosting

 Acuity - booking and scheduling

 Zoom - end to end encrypted video calls.

 Gmail - email messages (not encrypted).  If you would prefer end to end encryption, I have a ProtonMail account.  If you also set up a free Proton Mail account we can use this to exchange messages with end to end encryption.

 Microsoft Office – document creation and storage

 These providers have their own privacy policies and security measures. I do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

How long do you keep records for?

 I keep coachee records for seven years, as recommended by the Association for Coaching.  After that, information I hold is securly deleted.

Complaints

 If you are concerned about the service I provide, I would encourage you to speak to me directly.  Alternatively, you can contact the Association for Coaching (Golden Cross House, 8 Duncannon Street, London WC2N 4JF or by e-mail at complaints@associationforcoaching.com) The complaint must be made in writing using the AC Complaints Form.
